BIO: Philip Taucer is a project manager and technical lead for Water Resource Planning at Freese and Nichols. His team is responsible for the development and management of sustainable, resilient water solutions including supply projects and demand management.
Philip’s educational background includes both a bachelor’s degree in biological systems engineering and a master’s degree in biological and agricultural engineering from Texas A&M University. He is experienced in long-range and integrated water supply planning, with a focus on demand projections, water supply reliability, strategy and supply portfolio analyses, and stakeholder engagement. Philip is deeply involved in the Regional Water Planning process, and has served as a consultant to the Region H Water Planning Group as well as others throughout Texas for nearly two decades.
